  Identify the traps and challenges in managing change
  Identify and develop solutions of various issues on change management
  Explain the role of leadership in change management
  Evaluate the change efforts

Admission Requirements
It is assumed that you comply with the following requirements:
  English language competence at NQF level 4
  Sufficient ability to read and comprehend learning material
  Follow and participate in discussions on management issues
  Write assignments
  Ideal, but not prerequisite, to have a minimum of 2 years working experience

Cancellation Policy
It is of utmost importance that Mediacor Solutions be formally notified in writing of cancellation 14 days prior to the commencement date of the programme.
 
A cancellation fee of 10% will be payable for cancelling fewer than 14 days prior to the commencement of the programme.
