| Professor Rijamampianina is the
former Director of the Senior Executive Programme for Southern Africa,
a joint initiative of the Wits Business School (South Africa) and
Harvard Business School (USA). He holds a DSSC and a DESCA from the
National Institute of Accounting Science and Business Administration
(Madagascar), a MBA from Otaru University of Commerce (Japan), and a
DBA degree from Hokkaido University (Japan). |

joining Wits Business School, he was a Senior Research Associate in
the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Hokkaido
University (Japan). He has also been an auditor-consultant at Delta
Audit Deloitte & Touche (Madagascar) for many years and the overseas
consultant of the Indian Ocean Resources for Quality. |

| Professor Anton Roodt is a lecturer,

Graduate Institute of Business Science (GIBBS) University of Pretoria
in South Africa, The Pakistan Institute of Management (PIM), Karachi,
Pakistan, DCDM Business School, Mauritius. |

has held executive positions at Sasol and Gencor in South Africa,
whilst attending executive programmes at international business
schools IMD (Switzerland), London Business School (UK) and Wharton,
Pennsylvania (USA). His research interest is the application of
complexity and chaos theory to leadership and strategy. |

| Pete has over 30 years experience
focused in the IT industry across both technical, financial and
academic verticals. His early engagements covered the full spectrum of
technical development in both mainframe and client server
environments. He has 18 years experience in general and senior
management positions and has also set up and run three IT related
businesses. His Doctorate focused on two major research projects -
"The CIO of the Future" and "How SA can Market Executive Development
to the International Market". |

was appointed CEO of Wits Global, following the success of his
research, and completed several Executive Development Programmes.
After that Pete has occupied a position of CIO and Head of Technology
within the FirstRand group. He is currently Executive Partner for
Gartner. |

| Rina Opperman is a pioneer and leader
in South Africa on Return On Investment (ROI) metrics within training
and development. Her unique ROI metrics are extensively used in
Malaysia, Philippines and the Netherlands. |

renowned key-note speaker at leading local and international ROI
conferences; she is part of the ROI best practices of the American
Society for Training & Development (ASTD); a member of their Advisory
Committee for America; board member of the ASTD's Global Network and
Training Industry Research Studies since 2003. |

| Fabrice worked at a major French
tobacco company, based in Antananarivo (Madagascar) where he focused
on the implementation of accounting software and later focused on
Management Accounts. He has since worked for a major oil company
leading him to Johannesburg. His role covered different aspects of
Finance Management, from Controlling to operations. |

medical school in 1998. He later graduated with an MBA cum laude from
Wits Business School in 2004. Shane recently completed the Global
Health Leadership Programme through the University of California,
Berkeley and Barcelona School of Economics. |

is also an 8-time World karate champion, former protea team captain,
holds a 6th Dan (degree) black belt and is an international master
instructor. Shane is widely active on the business and management side
of healthcare where he has held a number of senior management and
