You will complete an Action Learning project which is based on real-life scenarios. Your learning team's assignment will include designing a turnaround strategy for performance optimisation and planning an effective implementation.

  Minimum of 5 years experience in middle to senior management
  Basic knowledge of Finance, such as the Finance for Non-financial managers course

  Follow and participate in discussions on managerial issues

Cancellation Policy
It is of utmost importance that Mediacor Solutions be formally notified in writing of cancellation 14 days prior to the commencement date of the programme.
 
A cancellation fee of 10% will be payable for cancelling fewer than 14 days prior to the commencement of the programme.
